Below you will find selected examples of documents that "worked," as nominated by our admissions committee. These entries are different and unique to the respective writer; in learning more about the student beyond the transcripts and lists of activities provided in their 37, however, they each assisted the admissions reader.
Your aim in composing your stock essays is to produce a self-portrait that singles out you and places you at your target schools before your competitors. To achieve this, your documents will have to be thoughtful, creative, and persuasive. Below you'll find sample essays that serve as illustrations of stock essay excellence.
