A lot of women turn for help to the shelter due to the problems in the family. Therefore, changes in the governance will ensure solid financial support. Advancement in technology will help to improve the programs that provide sufficient help to clients. Special attention will be given to financial education courses. Advancement in technology will help to create sites, where the members of FCWS will assist individuals. The members of FCWS will give suggestions and recommendations, using these sites. They will also provide support, including follow-up help. Advancement in technology will make it possible to store information from eviction court electronically.
Finally, advancement in technology will make it possible to discuss any issues of concern with project coordinators online. As a result, any issues will be solved more effectively and faster. Increase in work flexibility will ensure that the members of FCWS provide housing counseling and financial counseling at a high professional level, meeting all the interests and requirements of clients. The members of FCWS will assist the clients that call the Hotline better. There will be more specialists who assist in development of housing guides, as well as resource information guides. Finally, increase in work flexibility will allow people to attend all the required programs and trainings (“Family abuse services, inc., Frankfort, KY”, n. d.).
To conclude, changes in governance, advancement in technology and increase in work flexibility will influence the future of Franklin County Women’s Shelter in Frankfort greatly.
